Honduras Rosaura Leva, Lot B

Honduran coffees are chuggable bangers, as vibrant as they are sweet. Apple juice vibrancy meets pastry crust and almond sweetness. We have a few new names on the roaster this season, including Rosaura! This Lot B is a daylot separation from Rosaura's crop, meaning our buyer was able to taste multiple outturns from her crop and select the very best one to offer you.

This is our favorite time of the year, feeling blessed to have so many all star lots out of Santa Barbara, Honduras this season.
