Mexico Santiago Atitlan *New*
The last time we brought in a Mexican coffee, it sold out in a few weeks. This season's harvest is even better.
The first lot we've purchased is from the municipality Santiago Atitlan. Notes of black cherry, toasted hazelnut and a touch of tangerine acidity make this high scoring coffee so easily delicious I want to drink it all day.
Much of the coffee from this region is grown by small producers, owning on average about 1 to 2 hectares of land. We worked with the wonderful team at Red Fox to import this unique coffee. It is thanks to their hard work and dedication to both quality and sustainability that allows us to offer this coffee to you all. The team at Red Fox works directly with the small producers to diligently vet coffees for quality to create exceptional lots. In turn, Red Fox pays farmers a premium for their hard work.
