Costa Rica Finca Rosa Linda *NEW*
That feeling when you haven't had a Costa Rican coffee in the lineup for several years, and then it's back! Washed coffees from Costa Rica often have their distinction in the acidity, think white grape juice. This sweety of a coffee backs up that acidity with big coconut and melon sweetness, and structuring vanilla notes like cream soda.
Jose Antonio Garcia has owned and managed his farm La Mariposa for more than 30 years, nestled at 1500M in the region of Birri, Santa Barbara. His crop is primarily Red Catuai with some Caturra, he picks only red ripe cherries, washed at the mill Cafe de Altura de San Ramon and dried on raised beds for 18 days.
This is a limited lot, we expect it to be around for 4-6 week. Enjoy it!
