Honduras Nelin Guzman


              We are bringing in Nelin Guzman's entire production of coffee for a third year in a row. Thanks to the drying and milling work of Benjamin Paz of the San Vicente mill in Santa Barbara, we are able to offer extraordinary coffees like Nelin Guzman's. This coffee impresses us with its big body and satiny texture. This coffee reminds us of cherry pie, with ripe baked cherry fruitiness with a drop of vanilla extract. The sweetness is condensed much like raw sugar is condensed to make panela. The coffee has a clean malic acidity finish, serving to balance such a sweet cup. Please enjoy!
