Way back in 2017 we had the opportunity to visit Freddy Botina at his farm, and we've been purchasing his coffee crop ever since.

His farm is pristine, growing 100% Caturra variety coffee plants. With the exception of his harvest, Freddy does every single thing on his farm, from weeding, trimming and mulching his plants, to planting banana trees as shade cover for his crop. This coffee was harvested in June, fermented for 12 hours and dried on a patio for 15 days.

Such personal attention to detail makes this coffee feel important, and furthermore the results of his labors are represented in the cup. Notes of apricot and sugary marzipan, the cup peaks with flavors of fruit punch with a citric orange acidity. This year we purchased Freddy's entire harvest. We are proud to offer it to you.
